We mechanically installed a white, 40-Mil Duro-Last membrane on the main roof level, a tan, 40-Mil Duro-last membrane on the tower roofs, tan Duro-last 4-inch drip edge and gravel stop on those towers, 2-layers of FR-10 slip-sheet and an ISO taper system.

Pro Quality Roofing removed the existing roofing system down to the deck then brough the building up to the required energy code in compliance with the State of Oregon by installing rigid insulation over the roof deck. We provided a class A fire rating roof assembly and furnish then installed an energy efficient roofing system with a 15-Year NDL (No Dollar Limit) warranty with consequential damages.
