Project Description

This was a re-roof of the upper, lower, and mechanical roof with Fan fold insulation and a white 50-Mil Duro-last roofing system mechanically attached over an existing concrete deck. We also installed plywood on the parapet walls connecting the lower and upper roofs. We fully adhered to those walls with the Duro-last roofing membrane for a smooth transition between the upper and lower roof.
